How to get your plans online:

Plan Room Instructions

To open up a planroom for a project you will be actively bidding follow these steps:

1. Sign up with our online form CLICK HERE to order planroom. Or call 1-866-PLANROOM
NOTE: Make sure to write down and file the exact name and password you create, when setting up your planroom.

2. Now you need to send us your plans and specs.

Sending Electronic Files

If you have electronic files you can send us AutoCAD files (plot files ie .plt files) or tiff files. You can send them to lyndjobs@napconet.com. Remember to reference the planroom that you just opened in step 1 above.

Sending Hardcopy

If you have hardcopy you can send the plans and specs to our conversion facilities at:

3. OPTIONAL: When sending your plans and specs you can provide us with your bidlist. This will provide an audit trail for you and all parties that have ordered plans. This will provide you an up to the minute list of bidders for your project.

4. Once we receive your plans and specs you will be notified within 24 hrs verifying your planroom project is posted.

You can now notify companies on your bidlist so they can preview the scope of the job, and order plans right from your from your planroom. We will accommodate orders by telephone for non internet ready vendors @
1-866-Plan-Room(1-866-752-6766).

5. Print orders are processed and shipped to the requesting parties, and you can now keep up to the minute tabs on bidding activity through your secure administrative area in your planroom..

6. Addendums should be sent to us (as done in step 2), you can then notify all bidders of this update/revision. Necessary bidders can quickly order the addendums, as needed. Or if you desire we will immediately send addendums to all of your active plan holders.

7. If you are looking for qualified bidders in a specific trade and specific region you can access our database by trade and region through the bluebook. This allows you to invite other parties to bid and only provide packages to those that request bid packages. You can decide on whether you will pay for bid packages or your invited party.
